Since we are currently growing very rapidly we are looking for you as manager in the campaign management & marketing automation team. You will support us in successfully setting up, managing, and automating lead generation campaigns for our clients and continuously analyze and improve their performance.

• Conception and implementation of lead generation campaigns
• Campaign management according to the optimal combination of budget, target group, and ad content
• Analysis and optimization of campaigns with focus on performance targets
• Automation of campaign processes
• Creation of customer-specific reports including learnings and recommendations

• You are structured, analytical & love to work data-driven
• You are reliable & have a high quality demand on yourself
• You are motivated and have a high level of initiative
• You are fit in the usual productivity tools like Excel and Powerpoint
• You are always curious about new things (especially new tools) & enjoy learning
• Your English is conversation fluent
• Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of performance marketing

For further support we are looking for you as our Content Superstar. Your distinct feeling for convincing texts makes you an important part for the successful creation and implementation of lead generation campaigns for our clients.

• Development of target group-specific texts together with clients using our own methodology Rethink180™
• Autonomous conception and production of content for our clients (e.g. texts for advertisements and landing pages)
• Quality assurance of the created content
• Task-related project management and control of external freelancers for content production
• Editorial support for reports, presentations, white papers, case studies, press releases etc.
• If you are interested: Expanding your own skills in social media campaigns and/or marketing automation

• A very good feeling for the language (German/English) and excellent editorial skills
• High own quality standards and accuracy as well as the ability to succinctly sum up complex issues
• Understanding of technical relationships in order to quickly understand the products of our clients
• Assertiveness and organizational skills
• Professional experience in content creation or similar tasks
